Reservations require a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% payable at the time of your arrival. A $300 security deposit is required and will be refunded upon your acceptable checkout.
Payment Methods:
You can pay with any credit card with paypal, send online e-checks, or pay with certified checks or money orders.
Cancellations:
Deposits are fully refundable up to 45 days prior to the reservation start time. Cancellations after 45 days prior to the reservation start time will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the reserved period. We can not be responsible for acts of nature, travel difficulties, family tragedies, or anything else outside of our control. There will be a $50 charge for cancelled reservations.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage, except on the sun porch with the windows down. No exceptions.
